Ana is the newest addition to the Orchard House Gourmet team. Recently graduated from the Liaison College Chef program Ana brings her love for food and all things culinary to our events and Personal Chef clients.
Ana is the newest addition to the Orchard House Gourmet team. Born and raised in Caracas Venezuela, Ana grew up around fantastic food and baked goods. As a flight attendant in the 80's she learned to savour foods from countries around the globe: Italy, Spain, France, England, Germany, Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, Chile, New York, Miami, Trinidad and Tobago.
After moving to Canada in 2001 Ana pursued other career choices, and decided to seize the opportunity to pursue her passion for food by attending culinary college.
Giving thanks to the great Chef Instructors at Liaison College, Ana obtained her Chef diploma that taught her the necessary skills to provide clients with healthy, local seasonal foods. She looks forward to applying this knowledge as a Personal Chef, providing an enjoyable experience of dining in the convenience of your home. While at Liaison College Ana also received her Food Safety Certificate from the National Food Safety Training Program.
Ana's global travels are a delightful influence on the food she creates. She has a wonderful sense of balance and flair when it comes to pairing flavours, colours and textures in everything she prepares. Ana brings her love for food and all things culinary to our events and Personal Chef clients.
Shannon has a passion for food and it comes through in everything she cooks. Presentation of food is one of her favourite things to do so you can be sure that your food will look as wonderful as it tastes.
